General payment plan
Our general payment plan comprises two main components: the downpayment and the installments. Once the rate per square foot is determined, multiply it by the total area the property covers.
The calculated sum is the value of the property. Now work out 25% of the total value. You must pay it upfront to open a file with our admin office. The remaining amount is to be paid in eight equal installments. The payment plan is consistent in each type of property developed under the Signature Resort project.
Types of properties available
The Signature Resort has four kinds of residential properties available in its plan for real estate investors. These include:
Villas
The villas are available at a comparatively affordable price per square foot of Rs. 38,000. The price per square foot might not seem high at first. However, the area covered by each villa is greater than all other properties in the Signature Resort.
We offer two types of villas. Type A includes villas of 2145 square feet, while Type B stretches over 1896 square feet. You can opt for the spacious villas after referring to your budget. The villas are categorized into different area groups to ensure suitability for every buyer.
Apartments
Apartments have the most affordable price per square foot. Each square foot will cost you Rs. 28,000. Our development plan has studio, one-bed, and two-bed apartments for families. The studio apartments are the smallest, covering 750 square feet. The one-bed and two-bed apartments cover 900 and 1400 square feet, respectively.
Suites
A square foot of presidential and executive suites will cost Rs. 45,000. It is the most expensive property in our development plan, as every suite has luxury amenities for the residents. You can purchase individual suites having 550 square feet of area and shared suites of 100 square feet.
Chalets
Chalets are single hut spaces made for couples and small families. We currently do not have them under the selling plan as we might rent them daily, weekly, or fortnightly. However, the plan execution team might decide to sell these later. We will update the payment plan upon any subsequent changes.
The zonal overview
Zone 1
Zone 1 is a general portion of the Signature Resort that contains no residential property. It has the main gate and car parking facility to drop off visitors. Our plan includes building spaces for restaurants and food chains in Zone 1 to entertain the residents in other zones. Outdoor dining will help you refresh, revitalize, and recollect in the foggy Murree evening. The plan includes departmental stores to ensure the availability of all necessities.
Zone 2
Zone 2 has only villas to accommodate people demanding spacious places to stay. This zone consists of eleven villas. We provide you with the luxury of choosing your dream villa by selecting the appropriate bedroom number. Our plan includes two and three-bedroom villas for premium vacations. The kid play area outside will keep your children entertained, while communal outdoor spaces are made for villa owners to hang out.
Zone 3
Zone 3 is developed for people who fancy purchasing apartments for their families. This zone has 119 apartments comprising two or three bedrooms. The buyers have the luxury of opting for the right size, according to the number of members in their family. Our master plan has allotted a separate kids’ play area to this zone and communal outdoor spaces for adults to hang out and cherish the pleasant atmosphere.
Zone 4
Zone 4 is similar to Zone 2 because it contains villas for an elite lifestyle. However, the only difference is that Zone 4 only has two-bedroom villas. The development plan provides the residents with kids’ play facilities and communal outdoor spaces for a comfortable stay. This zone has eleven villas.
Zone 5
Zone 5 is made explicitly for people demanding extensive amenities for comfort and enjoyment. This zone has twenty suites, categorized into executive and presidential units. We provide the residents with an indoor gymnasium, infinity pools, and communal outdoor spaces for a healthy and refreshing stay. Viewing decks in this zone will ensure you never miss a scenic view. The sunsets and sunrises will feel more special in Zone 5.
Zone 6
Zone 6 is entirely different from the rest of our plan. It has 35 chalets, the single unit huts for couples or small families. We have tree houses, yoga decks, and viewing decks covered under our plans to ensure the visitors enjoy every minute of their stay in Signature Resort. Zone 6 has communal outdoor spaces of its own. The zipline activities in this zone will handle the adrenaline rush for adventurers and enthusiasts.
